Thursday Morning

Nothing exciting to report. I just really liked this picture of Celia Grace and Brian. After I get her dressed, brush her hair, fix her hair, make her breakfast, pack her snack-all before 7:30, Celia Grace sits at the bar and eats her breakfast while she watches Noggin. Mommy runs around trying to get dress, putting on make-up, drink coffee, check email, wait on Olivia to wake up, feed Olivia, dress Olivia, pack Olivia's bag, etc, etc, etc. Daddy gets to wake up and get himself showered and dressed and walks out the door. But before he leaves, he comes in and gives all his girls a kiss. We sorta send him off on his way.
Did I mention he only has to get himself dressed?

Hotty Freakin' Toddy

Ole Miss 41

Memphis 24

Brian and I went to the first Ole Miss game of the season. We were so excited, but we were probably more excited that we had a babysitter!
My brother, Ray, came down from Nashville with 3 of his friends. It was great seeing him!

First Day of Dance

Celia Grace started two classes this year. The first class is Tap and Ballet. Second class is gymnastics. We're not sure if she loves it just yet. We'll see how the year goes. She wouldn't smile for me in this picture until I told her to say, "Ben!" (her boyfriend that lives next door)

First Day of School

Celia Grace started 4k! She loves her school and her teachers!

Thumb Sucker

Celia Grace has sucked her thumb since 4 months. We tried and tried to get her to take a pacifier, but nothing is better than a thumb. She is almost 4 1/2 years old and still loves her thumb. We make her take it out of her mouth in public, but we can't always catch her. On this particular morning, she thought she should share with her baby sister, Olivia.

Girls Trip #2 to Gulf Shores

Yes, that's right, another girls trip. If I had my way, I'd have one every 3 months. We had such a great time. We missed Jenny, Joanne and Renee, though. It wasn't quite the same without them. But I had a drink in their honor. It was a great time and wished I had put more sunblock on!
Here are a few questions I can answer for you......
1. Yes, I've lost a bunch of weight! Amen sister! 2 babies left a lasting impression
2. Yes, I swear I wore sunblock. Didn't re-apply as much as I should have.
3. Yes, that is me trying to do a side pony tail. All the young teeny boppers are doing that. Don't know why.
4. Yes, that is Silpada I'm wearing! Except the red earings, those are Amy's!
5. Yes, that's a cosmo in a plastic cup.
6. Yes, I hate tan lines!

Girls Trip to Orlando

Well, I am very behind on the blogging. April 17th Tiffany, Jenny, Joanne and myself took a girls trip to Orlando. By the way, NO ONE was pregnant so we could all drink! My parents took very good care of us. We got to lay out in the sun, read gossip magazines, drink and say actual cuss words without spelling them out!
The first night there my parents took us dancing and we stayed out until 1:00am!! Too funny. Mom and Dad got out on the dance floor with us. We had so much fun.
The rest of the trip we were just plain silly. Mom made sure we were covered in Silpada jewlery. We went to Disney on Saturday and had so much fun, except for one ride. Mission to Mars or Space or something. It was awful. Joanne and I thought we were going to vomit. I will never do that again. Space Mountain never lets me down. It was awesome, as usual. We love taking this trip. We missed Renee and Amy. This was their first year to miss. There's always next year! heeee heee If you haven't seen all the photos from this trip, please go to snapfish!

Happy Easter!

We had a wonderful Easter. Aunt La-La came for a visit. Laurie arrived Friday night and I made spaghetti and meatballs. Not bad. We were all pretty tired so we went to bed early. Laurie and Brian were going to go work out Saturday morning at the gym. Obviously, when you're at my house, we discourage exercise. Laurie never made it to the gym. Saturday night we dyed Easter eggs and watched Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. Courtesy of Aunt Laurie. The Easter Bunny came on Sunday morning. He brought Celia Grace a Hannah Montana Doll, Littlest Pet Shop toy, bubbles, bracelets and lots of chocolate! We raced to church where we had to take Celia Grace AND Olivia into the service. Olivia thankfully fell asleep and Celia Grace did pretty good. She made it all the way through until the last 5 minutes. Not bad. We came home and ate Easter lunch. Aunt Tenie came for a visit and brought us beautiful ceramic eggs. Beautiful day. We are truly blessed. God is so good.

"To Blog or not to Blog, that is the question." This is my first blog. To be honest I'm pretty ignorant when it comes to this stuff. What the heck is a blog anyway?? The first blog I ever read was Renee Guest's. And now she's been peer pressuring me into doing one myself. I have no idea what I'm doing. So, here goes nothin'.....My name is Emily Brocato. I married a boy named Brian. So, now I'm Emily Hopkins. We are approaching the 7 year itch. I can't believe it. 7 years and never had a fight. HA! We have a little girl named Celia Grace. She will be 4 next month. We also have a new baby girl named Olivia. She will be 15 weeks this Friday. Our little family seems to be growing fast.Maybe the next entry will be better. Give me a break, I'm learning here.
